"Life is more beautiful on the Quinnipiac River."

"One of the joys of owning an older home in the area is knowing that around the same fireplace in our living room previous generations have sat and discussed events that have shaped our world. Our home was built in 1847, It has seen such things as The Civil War, the end of slavery, the great depression, two world wars and more. Living in an old house in a historic part of town reminds us that we will all someday join those people who live on as characters in history."
-Doug
"It's a wonderful place to live. Very relaxing to be on the water and always nice to have eateries and stores close by."
-Sean
