The Quinnipiac River Community Group (QRCG) is a grassroots neighborhood action group that has been working to improve the quality of live for residents on both sides of the Quinnipiac River for the last three years.

We welcome all residents and business owners to join us in engaging decision makers and making our unique neighborhood stronger.

Our activities and accomplishments include:
  • securing funds for the Ferry Street Bridge repair
  • marching in the Art and Ideas festival parade
  • lobbying for increased pedestrian safety
  • organizing a community festival called Riverfest
  • thwarting a swap shop from opening
  • working with the police to reduce drug activity
  • and much more
